Booking terms

When you book a booth through the Event101 website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booth Selection

Vendors can choose available zones and booths from the map. Booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payment & Confirmation

Bookings are only confirmed upon successful payment. A confirmation email with your order ID will be sent automatically.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: 80% refund

     

  • Cancellations within 30 days of the event: no refund

     

  • If the event is canceled by Event101: 100% refund

     

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must comply with all organizer rules, including safety, setup times, and product display guidelines.

5. Booth Changes

Event101 reserves the right to reassign booths if necessary and will notify vendors in advance.
